Design features

  • Leak free liquid circulation: Equipped with an ETFE lined, magnetically coupled pump that eliminates mechanical seal leaks and prevents corrosive fluid bypass.
  • Precise process control: An integrated reducing valve allows for fine tuning of the scrubbing liquid flow rate to optimize neutralization efficiency.
  • Thermal management: A spiral cooler in the liquid circuit keeps the scrubbing fluid within optimal temperature limits during exothermic gas liquid reactions.

Typical applications

  • Off gas and vent gas treatment from the reactor system.
  • Absorption and neutralization of toxic, acidic, or caustic chemical vapors (such as HCl, SO₂, Cl₂, or NH₃).
  • Stripping processes to remove volatile organic compounds or dissolved gases from liquids.
