To shorten lead times and gain full process control, RESMAN decided to transition their patented tracer manufacturing to a company-operated plant. Central to their new Trondheim facility are a 60 liter chemReactor BR 60 and a 50 liter nutsche filter, operating under vacuum and an inert atmosphere.

Combined with a thermostat for temperature control and a SYSTAG automation system, this process setup ensures reproducible, safe production of tracers for oil & gas upstream and CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) applications.

Operating at up to 200 bar and 300 °C, the maxiclave® offers an economical and reliable solution with interchangeable vessel sizes of 0.5 and 1.0 liters.

Made of stainless steel or Hastelloy®, it’s available in two configurations: the non-stirred maxiclave® and the stirred maxiclave® drive with a cyclone 075 dc magnetic stirrer drive.

Optional PTFE inserts (Teflon) and an ergonomic handling stand further increase operational flexibility and ease. It's an ideal solution for various chemical applications including catalyst testing, hydrogenations, polymerizations and CCS research.
