maxiclave® - laboratory pressure reactor system / autoclave for chemical research

The maxiclave® is available in a non-stirred and stirred version and with two interchangeable vessel sizes (0.5 & 1.0 liter). The stirred version is equipped with a cyclone 075 dc magnetic stirrer drive (75 Ncm torque). It is suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications.

Designed for various research applications, the maxiclave® is an economical solution with a high degree of flexibility. An optional stand for easy handling of the vessel and the cover plate is available. For processes involving harsh chemicals, the maxiclave® can be equipped with PTFE (Teflon) inserts to provide improved corrosion resistance.

The maxiclave® can be heated using a laboratory hot plate, a bath thermostat or electric laboratory heating sleeves. In the non-stirred maxiclave® versions magnetic stirring bars (driven a laboratory hot plate) can be used for mixing the media.
