To shorten lead times and gain full process control, RESMAN decided to transition their patented tracer manufacturing to a company-operated plant. Central to their new Trondheim facility are a 60 liter chemReactor BR 60 and a 50 liter nutsche filter, operating under vacuum and an inert atmosphere.
Combined with a thermostat for temperature control and a SYSTAG automation system, this process setup ensures reproducible, safe production of tracers for oil & gas upstream and CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) applications.
Operating at up to 200 bar and 300 °C, the maxiclave® offers an economical and reliable solution with interchangeable vessel sizes of 0.5 and 1.0 liters.
Made of stainless steel or Hastelloy®, it’s available in two configurations: the non-stirred maxiclave® and the stirred maxiclave® drive with a cyclone 075 dc magnetic stirrer drive.
Optional PTFE inserts (Teflon) and an ergonomic handling stand further increase operational flexibility and ease. It's an ideal solution for various chemical applications including catalyst testing, hydrogenations, polymerizations and CCS research.
High-purity PEG derivatives demand perfect batch consistency. Frequent project changes demand maximum flexibility. Polypure AS found the solution in our glass reactor systems and its proprietary, modular buchiflex glass piping system.
See how Polypure AS achieved both reproducibility and adaptability in one integrated solution.
Wood degradation from UV exposure and moisture is a persistent challenge. A groundbreaking collaboration between Schilliger Holz AG, Blumer-Lehmann AG, ETH Zürich, and Empa developed a fully bio-based coating solution—and successfully scaled it using our pilotclave® pressure reactor.
Discover how innovative reactor technology accelerated their path from research to commercial application.
Would you like to see our polyclave® in action?
Our new video shows you how versatile and convenient the polyclave® is to work with.
With reactor volumes from 0.25 to 5.0 liters the polyclave® offers maximum flexibility. In addition, both metal and glass pressure vessels can be used in the same apparatus.
Ask us about solutions for your specific applications — we look forward to developing customized apparatus concepts for your processes.
