Our new video introduces the versoclave® laboratory pressure reactor - developed for demanding pressure reactions in corrosion-resistant pressure vessels made of steel and Hastelloy® as well as other metallic materials. 

The versoclave® enables safe reaction control in various pressure ranges - even with visual process control thanks to (optional) sight glasses. The versoclave® is available in standard versions as well as customized solutions.

Thanks to the optional fast action closure and reactor lift, the pressure vessel can be opened quickly and easily without tools - ideal for daily laboratory use.

Researchers of the ETH Zurich in collaboration with Buchi demonstrated that optimal stirring parameters play a key role in chemical plastics recycling. They introduced a criterion to enhance mixing performance and catalyst effectiveness to treat polyethylene and polypropylene. All experiments have been done in Buchi’s technologically leading PPR (Parallel Pressure Reactor) system.

We are pleased to present a laboratory pressure reactor versoclave® made of the special material tantalum. The metal tantalum has outstanding properties in terms of chemical resistance and is therefore ideal as a media-contacting material for reactors.

We have a new Buchi FR filter reactor product line for pilot plants and kilo labs. This product line combines reactor and nutsche filter in one apparatus and thus enables a wide range of different processes and applications, including cGMP API synthesis, peptide synthesis (peptide synthesizer) and cannabis extraction.

The filter reactors are available in 3 sizes, with reaction volumes of 10 liters, 30 liters and 50 liters. They feature a modular design that allows easy configuration to your specific process requirements.
